Hasil Undian Babak 16 Besar Liga Champions Eropa

Nyon - Hasil pengundian babak perdelapanfinal Liga Champions sudah dilakukan. Hasilnya, AC Milan bertemu lagi dengan Barcelona, sementara Real Madrid akan bertemu raksasa Inggris, Manchester United.

Dalam undian yang dilangsungkan di Nyon, Swiss, Kamis (20/12/2012) sore WIB, UEFA terlebih dulu mendoakan Tito Vilanova yang kini tengah terbaring sakit lantaran penyakit tumornya kambuh lagi. Tak lama setelahnya, Eks gelandang Liverpool dan Real Madrid yang kini jadi duta final Liga Champions 2013, Steve McManaman, dan Competition Director UEFA, Giorgio Marchetti, melakukan undian.

Galatasaray menjadi tim pertama yang diangkat dari pot undian. Raksasa Turki tersebut kemudian mendapatkan Schalke 04 sebagai lawannya. Selanjutnya, Celtic menjadi tim ketiga yang diundi dan mendapatkan Juventus sebagai lawannya.

Laga-laga seru mulai tercipta setelahnya. Arsenal mendapatkan Bayern Munich sebagai lawan, lalu dua big match lainnya: Milan vs Barca dan Madrid vs MU.

Seperti dilansir Opta, Milan hanya pernah menang tiga kali dalam 13 pertemuan dengan Barcelona. Sedangkan Madrid tiga kali melaju ke babak selanjutnya dalam empat pertemuan dengan MU di babak knock out.

Leg pertama babak perdelapanfinal akan berlangsung pada 12, 13, 19, dan 20 Februari 2013. Sementara leg kedua akan berlangsung pada 5, 6, 12, dan 13 Maret 2013.

UEFA Champions League draw results : 2013 Round of 16 set

The round of 16 has been set, and there are more than a few interesting match-ups here. The undoubted tie of the round is Real Madrid vs. Manchester United, but there are also some other intriguing games to be played, with Shakhtar Donetsk taking on Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal facing Bayern Munich.

Obviously most of the attention will be focused on that tie between Real and United, but there's lots of interesting stuff here. The most striking thing is how well-balanced most of these ties are - the likes of Malaga-Porto and Shakhtar-Dortmund are unlikely to produce a Champions League winner, but could easily produce a finalist and will be fascinating games. Hamburg SV Visit Indonesia 2013

HSV will travel to Indonesia after the end of the current Bundesliga season. There they will play friendly games against Italian giants AS Rome and Indonesian top flight side Persebaya.

HSV will embark on a marketing tour of Indonesia after the end of the current Bundesliga season. After spending time at their summer training camp in South Korea where they participated in the Peace Cup, the Rothosen have something similar planned after the end of the current season. After their final game of the season at home to Bayer Leverkusen in may 2013, the HSV posse will fly to Indonesia from May 22 - 28 and will play friendly games there.

They will first fly to Jakarta, capital of the Indonesian island nation. From there they go to Surabaya, capital of the island of Java. There, apart from sponsoring events the Rothosen will play two friendly games. On May 23 they face Persebaya who finished last season in second place in the Indonesian Premier League. Four days later the Bundesliga side lock horns with Italian side AS Rome. The contracts for the trip were signed by the club and promotion agency Nine Sport at the Imtech Arena last week. A friendly in Hamburg is also part of the contract. On Febrary 27 HSV play the Indonesian under-23 national team, marking the start of cooperation between the two sides.
